| Here we have a chain sawed board of Magnolia, obtained from tree in the northern Georgia area. | I glue the rough board to my machine table around the edges with hot glue prior to planing work on the surface. |

| First the board must be planed smooth before anything else can be done. | It now stands ready for the application of the pattern. | Pattern attached - all pieces except backer are cut from this board. |
